What's on at The Balsam Centre?

Staying active, trying new things and socialising with others can really help to improve your health and wellbeing, and there are lots of opportunities to do just that at The Balsam Centre. There is also a free weekly session with Citizens Advice if you need help with legal or financial matters, as well as regular workshops and events on things like managing your money and reducing your energy bills.
