Don't bin it, fix it! Bring your broken items to be given a new lease of life and have a cuppa while you wait at One Planet Wincanton's monthly Repair Cafe.
One Planet Wincanton's Repair Cafe provides a free repair service, mending things that may otherwise end up in landfill. You can bring things and either learn how to repair them yourself, or have them repaired by their volunteer repairers.
Depending on volunteer availability, they generally offer electrical, electronic, sewing, soft toy, general mechanical, leather and jewellery repairs, darning and crochet tuition. Repairs are free unless there are any materials costs (although donations will help to keep the Repair Café going and will be put towards running costs).
